While there are no known positive cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our area, the safety and well-being of our loyal guests, surrounding communities and team members will always be our highest priority. Under CDC recommendations, so we may do our part to help slow the spreading of COVID-19, we are canceling all Riverside Resort flights until further notice.
This announcement does not come lightly, but given the unprecedented circumstances, we find this decision to be the most responsible course of action.
So many of you have been in contact with us over the weekend through our air program representatives and/or our Facebook page, and we truly appreciate your support and understanding. Sun Country Airlines has also been a great partner (especially right now) during these emergency circumstances, and as soon as we are able, we will announce new dates from your city to sunny Laughlin, NV.
We are cancelling any and all current flight reservations through June 2020, and will issue a full refund for any payments received including waiving any cancellation fee associated. No action is necessary by you for these cancellations or refunds as it will happen automatically, and you will receive an email notification individually with the details.
With full transparency, we will keep you updated with any and all changes while maintaining safety foremost in mind. I truly appreciate your continued support.
