BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz.  – January, 16, 2019 – The Bullhead City Police Department is continuing to look for missing runaway juvenile, James Thomas Owens Jr., 16. Owens was last seen on August 16, 2018. He has runaway several times in the past.

     Detectives also want to interview him regarding his involvement in a firearm theft. If anyone has any information on his whereabouts, please contact the Bullhead City Police Department at (928) 763-1999.
