Sasquatch Found in the Hualapais!

This year’s Sasquatch Hunt was its first annual event put on by the Mohave County Park services . There were two hunts during the day, Little Foot Hunt and Big Foot Hunt. The little foot hunt (max. 2 miles / 3 hours). Participants were given a brief outdoor-safety education talk from a local expert, a Sasquatch Field Guide, and then set loose to find the elusive Sasquatch. The hunt took place in the vicinity of Pine Basin Campground and the Nature Walk Trail. All registered participants received an event shirt and participation medal. The BIG foot hunt (max. 5 miles /5 hours) participants were given a Sasquatch Field Guide and heard a brief outdoor-safety education talk from a local expert, then started the chase for Sasquatch. The hunt took place in the vicinity of Hualapai Mountain Park’s Potato Patch Loop Trail. The first 3 participants that found the elusive Sasquatch received an award. All registered participants received an event shirt and participation medal.
