BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – February 1, 2023 – Bullhead City Police detectives with MAGNET (Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team) seized a street value of over $15,000 worth of methamphetamine and numerous counterfeit M-30 blue pills containing Fentanyl.
A narcotic investigation led to the arrest of Joshua Gene Gardner, 30 of Bullhead City, and Patricia Grungy Rodriguez, 27 of Bullhead City, who were both charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, narcotic drugs for sale, and money laundering (illegal drug transaction proceeds).
On Tuesday, January 31 at about 8:30 p.m., MAGNET detectives executed a search warrant into the suspects’ apartment in the 1700 block of Arriba Drive. Approximately 1,500 Fentanyl pills, 5.35 grams of methamphetamine, KelTec pistol, and $945 in currency were located inside the residence and in their possession.
Gardner was additionally arrested for multiple sex offender violation requirements and weapons offenses, including prohibited possessor and possession of a weapon during a drug offense. Both were booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
