Search Warrant Uncovers Reported Stolen Vehicle

NEEDLES–A local man is facing charges of being in the possession of a stolen vehicle after detectives reportedly found the vehicle in a garage off Crestview Drive in Needles.

Abdol Saboor, 27, was arrested Thursday morning after detectives with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office Colorado River Station executed a search warrant shortly before 10 a.m. Thursday on Saboor’s residence in connection to a vehicle theft. A stolen Chevrolet Tahoe was reportedly found inside Saboor’s garage. He was interviewed and subsequently taken to the Needles jail on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle. He is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
