BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – June 1, 2023 – Bullhead City Police detectives arrested two men for numerous counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
On Wednesday, May 31, Bullhead City Police with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), executed two search warrants. Detectives received a tip regarding the transmission and possession of child sexual abuse material online, occurring at two different residences in Bullhead City. The two child crimes investigations were not related.
At approximately 7:50 a.m., the first search warrant was served into the residence of Richard Michael Valles, 37, in the 300 block of Rio Grande Court. Valles was located and arrested in Mohave Valley for sexual exploitation of a minor.
At approximately 12:50 p.m., the SWAT team assisted in executing the second search warrant in the 600 block of Palo Verde Drive where Ian Jack Falls, 37, was arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor.
Several electronic devices were seized as evidence. Both suspects were booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
