On Friday (3/30) at approximately 1630 hours, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office dispatch center received
a 911 call from a female who advised that a male subject had been shot. The female, who did not identify
herself, only advised that a man had been shot in the middle of the desert off of Bison east of Lake Havasu
City. The call came from a cell phone that was not currently activated under any cell phone provider, so a

The Deputies that were in the desert area located nothing, and spoke with several recreation shooters and
off road enthusiast who advised that they had not seen anything. A helicopter from Care Flight launched
and flew the area, but were also unable to locate anything.
The Deputies that responded to the location provided through the 911 system also located nothing.
At this time there have been no further calls or reports made.
