Shoplifting, Resisting Arrest and Dangerous Drugs

On Friday, November 17, 2023, at about 4:45pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Brandan R. Rohrbach, 22 of Kingman, on a felony charge of Possession of Narcotic Drugs and misdemeanor Shoplifting and Resisting Arrest.  Officers had responded to a report of shoplifting at a business in the 3400blk of Stockton Hill Rd, where the suspect was reported to have left riding a bicycle.  The store surveillance video showed that the suspect had stolen several items of candy before leaving the store.  An officer located the suspect, Rohrbach, at a nearby business.  While being taken into custody Rohrbach began to actively resist the officer.  Rohrbach was taken into custody upon the arrival of assisting officers.  Once in custody Rohrbach was found to be in possession of over 50 fentanyl pills.  Rohrbach was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
