BULLHEAD CITY—The second annual Splash Bash will be held Sunday, July 29 at Ken Fovargue Park from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and is open to the public.
The event will offer free activities such as open swim at the municipal pool, Kiwanis Splash Pad, four large water slides, sprinkler row and the water balloon finale.
“This event is all about the kids. We are working hard to offer them more ways to get wet, play, laugh and have fun. ” said Director of Human Services Jeff Tipton.
The Splash Bash will also be serving free hot dogs, chips and popcorn to the first 1,000 people. Attendees can also cool off with free snow cones and fresh fruit, while supplies last. There will be multiple free water stations throughout the park to help keep everyone hydrated.
“Last year’s event received tremendous support from the community. We are hoping to see the same level of support from the businesses and individuals who have donated last year plus a few new ones,” said Tipton.
