About 2pm Tuesday (4/11) afternoon, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office received a call from 52-year-old grandfather who had become stuck while riding his UTV with his 20-year-old granddaughter near the Enterprise Mine on the northeast side of the Hualapai Mountains, east of Kingman. They had gone out earlier in the day and just could not get the vehicle unstuck after trying to turn around. They had plenty of water, food and other supplies. Search and Rescue responded to their location and assisted them back to safety. Great job by everyone!!
