On December 4th, 2022, at 0630 AM, The Northern Arizona Fire District (NAFD) responded to a reported structure fire in the 3600 block of Neal Ave. NAFD responded with 3 engines and a Battalion Chief. Upon arrival, responding units found a fire to the exterior of a structure.

Crews deployed an attack line from their engine and quickly extinguished the fire. The first arriving engine was able to handle, and the additional resources were cancelled.

Due to the fire being of suspicious nature, an investigator was requested to the scene. The investigation is ongoing currently.
