LAUGHLIN–A man wanted in connection to two crimes in Bullhead City has been apprehended in Laughlin following a brief foot pursuit.

Miles William Hudson, 26, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in a residential area, said Metro Lt. Jeffrey Hewes.

“Bullhead City Police Department let us know the suspect was possibly in our area near the residential neighborhood west of El Mirage Way and Needles Highway,” said Hewes. “Metro officers responded to the area and while looking for him, (Hudson) was seen running from the area.”

Police gave chase and after a short foot pursuit, he was subsequently taken into custody without any incident.

Hudson is the prime suspect in an armed robbery of a Bullhead City taxi driver and, most recently, a home invasion of an elderly woman.

He will be extradited back to Mohave County to face the charges in both cases.
