On Saturday (6/1) at approximately 8:45 AM, Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were contacted with information that two suspects wanted for homicide in Colorado were at a residence in Topock. Detectives with Fremont County in Colorado advised Deputies that the suspect’s vehicle was located at a residence in the 4700 block of Pinta Dr.

Due to the severity of the warrants and the suspects’ history of non-compliance, SWAT was activated and responded to the residence. Commands were given via PA system for the suspects to exit the residence. Chemical agents were deployed into the residence and one of the suspects, identified as Toni Marie Gurule (43 of Colorado), exited the home. A second round of chemical agents were deployed and a short time later the second suspect, identified as Suzzette Marie Salyer (42 of Colorado), exited the home. Both suspects were taken into custody without further incident. The suspects were transported and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Kingman where they will be held until they can be extradited to Colorado for their warrants
