The Kingman Police Department, Arizona Youth Partnership and The Mohave Substance Abuse Treatment and Education Prevention Partnership invite you to attend the virtual presentation “The Rise of Fentanyl”.

Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid, similar to morphine but 50 to 100 times more potent. Fentanyl is being made illegally and distributed as a street drug. Illegal Fentanyl is sold as a powder or made into pills that look like real prescription opioids (pain relievers). Fentanyl is the most common substance found in opioid overdose deaths in Arizona—teens as young as 14 years old have overdosed and died.

We want to increase understanding on the dangerous rise of illicit Fentanyl so we can come together to take action for our community and youth. Arizona is seeing a spike in overdoses and overdose deaths related to Fentanyl.

Please join us to learn the facts about Fentanyl and how it is affecting our community. This presentations is intended for those 18 years and older.
