On Wednesday, March 15th at about 2:30am, the Kingman Police Department arrested Caelin John Brennan Burks, 18 of Kingman, on felony charges of Theft of Means of Transportation and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. At about 12:20am Officers responded to a residence in the 3200blk of North Yavapai Street in reference to a theft of a vehicle that had just occurred. At about 2:30am Officers were contacted by the victim and were told that a credit card that was in the vehicle was being fraudulently used at a business in the 3300blk of Stockton Hill Road. Upon arrival Officers located Burks inside of the vehicle and he was taken into custody. Burks admitted being in possession of the vehicle and the credit card, he was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
