There Are 5 New Cases of COVID-19

All in Kingman Area; 3 of them Hospitalized

Positive Cases Now 88

 

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (April 25, 2020) The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified early this evening of five new COVID-19 positive cases, all in the Kingman service area. The county total is now 88, including 4 deaths.

The contact investigations have been initiated and all five individuals have been determined to be epidemiologically-linked to other confirmed cases. Three of the five are 65+ and hospitalized. The fourth case is in the 45-54 age range and the fifth case is in the 55-64 age range.  Both of them are currently in isolation and recovering at home.

The fourth death of COVID-19 in Mohave County was reported earlier today. That person was in the 65+ age range, a new case, and was hospitalized at Kingman Regional Medical Center.

There are now 26 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including three deaths, 52 in Kingman, counting this latest death and 10 in Bullhead City
