LAKE HAVAUS CITY–The execution of a search warrant Tuesday ended with the arrest of three Lake Havasu City residents for allegedly selling drugs out of their residence.
Jessica L. Fisher, 36, faces charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia; Lorrie L. Billings, 59, faces charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Christopher B. Andrade, 36, faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lake Havasu City Police spokesman Sgt. Tom Gray said detectives with the police department’s Special Investigations Unit, which is part of Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), had been conducting investigations into subjects allegedly selling methamphetamine from a residence in the 3400 block of Winston Drive.
On Tuesday morning, police SWAT team members executed a search warrant on the residence and reportedly found eleven grams of methamphetamine, along with other numerous items of drug paraphernalia, said Gray.
All three were arrested at the residence and taken into custody.
Fisher was additionally charged with child abuse after authorities reportedly found her 10-year-old daughter at home and within access of the drug paraphernalia, Gray reported. She is currently being held on a $9,000 bond at the Mohave County jail.
Billings is being held on a $5,000 cash only bond at the Mohave County jail in Kingman. Andrade has since been released on his own recognizance, pending future court date.
