BULLHEAD CITY–Police arrested several teens Tuesday night after they reportedly trespassed at an Arroyo Vista neighborhood pool.

Those arrested were: Pedro Avitia Bustamante, 19; Fernando Obeth Rivera, 18; Eidy Ruiz Jr, 18; Austin Alexander Smith, 18; Luis Alfredo Valadez Martinez, 18; Lauro Bustillos, 18; Yailin Brunnette Cueto, 19; Irene Nicole Dunn, 18; Jacob Paul Garcia, 18; and Denise Alejandra Rosales, 18.

Bullhead City Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the teens, five of whom were juveniles, were cited and released around 7:30 p.m. after officers were called to the pool by the local president of the Homeowner’s Association.

“The HOA president desired prosecution for trespassing on all the kids, some who had also been (allegedly) drinking alcohol,” said Fromelt.

Fromelt said a few of the teens were cited for underage consumption of alcohol. All were released from the scene with an order to appear in court at a future date.
