Tucson Police: Siblings Abducted After DCS Worker Tased, Duct Taped

TUCSON, Ariz.–An Amber Alert has been issued for two siblings who police say were abducted by their non-custodial parents during a supervised visit on Friday afternoon.

According to the Amber Alert website, authorities are looking for Andrea Vanessa Ramirez, 28, and Luis Alberto Herrera-Ramirez, 30, after the pair allegedly tased and duct taped a Department of Child Safety caseworker during the visitation.

The two children missing are Kahmila Ramirez, 6 months, last seen wearing a white onesie with yellow ruffles; and Luis Ramirez, 5-years-old, last seen wearing a grey and white striped polo shirt and khaki pants.

They were last seen in a green Toyota Camry with Arizona license #BKH8427.

If seen, contact 9-1-1 immediately.
