Two Candidates Being Considered For Court Commissioner Position

KINGMAN–Two candidates seeking consideration for a position with the Mohave County Court Commissioner have been announced.

Kenneth L. Gregory and Leroy “Rod” Albright have been recommended by the Mohave County Committee on Special Judicial Officer Appointments to the Honorable Charles W. Gurtler, Jr., Presiding Superior Court Judge for consideration. Following the review period, Presiding Judge Gurtler will make the appointment.

 

The public is being asked for comments on the two candidates who will fill a part-time position of Court Commissioner in Mohave County.

Citizens who wish to make public comment on the candidates should submit their written comments to Superior Court in Mohave County, Attention Kip Anderson 401 E. Spring St, P.O. Box 7000 Kingman, Ariz., 86402; by email to courtadmin@mohavecourts.com or by fax to 928-753-8908. Written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 11 to be considered.
