VEHICLE THEFT/ DRUGS- LAKE HAVASU CITY
Mohave County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Delvon Rey Noriega, 23 of Phoenix, and Alexis Rene Elliott, 20
of Lake Havasu City, for Felony Theft of Means of Transportation. On Friday (3/30), deputies received a call
from Lake Havasu City Police Department of a reported stolen vehicle leaving city limits. Deputies arrived at
a gas station on Highway 95 near Interstate 40 and observed the vehicle was unoccupied. Deputies made
contact with Noriega and Elliott inside the store and both were detained. When asked about the incident,
Noriega admitted to driving the vehicle, but did not remember much as he had been “partying” the night
before. Deputies also located a syringe in the front pocket of Noriega, who received an additional felony
charge for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Delvon Rey Noriega and Alexis Rene Elliott were arrested
and booked into Mohave County Jail without incident.

DANGEROUS DRUGS-KINGMAN
Mohave County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Chace Joseph Abney, 30 of Bullhead City, for three counts
Dangerous Drug Violation, four counts Narcotic Drug Violation, and six counts Drug Paraphernalia Violation,
all felonies. On Saturday (3/31), Deputies observed a white truck that did not come to a complete stop at a
stop sign and initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. After suspicious behavior from all four passengers in the
vehicle, all passengers were removed and a search was conducted of the vehicle. A plastic baggie
containing marijuana was located under the driver’s seat, and a black bag reportedly belonging to Abney
was located in the back seat containing methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana, mushrooms, morphine,
baggies, and other drug paraphernalia. Roy Burgess, 60 of Bullhead City, was also arrested for Felony
Marijuana Possession for Sale for the marijuana located under the driver’s seat. Chace Joseph Abney and
Roy Burgess were arrested and booked into Mohave County Jail without incident.

DANGEROUS DRUGS- KINGMAN
Mohave County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Casey Ryan Lashorne, 34 of Kingman, for Dangerous Drug
Possession and Drug Paraphernalia Possession, both felonies. On Saturday (3/31), deputies conducted a
traffic stop in the area of Bank St and Potter Ave. Both occupants of the vehicle attempted to exit the
vehicle, deputies advised the passenger to stay in the vehicle and made contact with the driver, later
identified of Lashorne. While completing a records check, deputies observed Lashorne with a straw in his
pocket. When asked to see the straw, deputies observed white residue on the straw. A search of his person
revealed drug paraphernalia items and a baggie of methamphetamine. Casey Ryan Lashorne was arrested
and booked into Mohave County Jail without incident.

INDECENT EXPOSURE- LAKE HAVASU CITY
Mohave County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jason Michael Faust, 38 of Farmington CA, and Robert Paul
Yow, 37 of Campbell CA, for Felony Indecent Exposure. On Saturday (3/31), deputies received a call
advising two male subjects were seen dancing naked on their boat at the sandbar. The reporting party
advised that there were three children present during this incident, all under the age of 15. When the family
attempted to confront the men about their behavior and advise that there were children present, the men
became “aggressive” and continued to show their genitals to the family. Deputies located the boat described
by the reporting party, and observed the driver, later identified as Faust, was inconsistent with his speed and
making erratic changes in direction. Three passengers were removed from the boat, with Faust and Yow
admitting to deputies to taking their clothes off. When asked about the incident, neither men acknowledged
knowing children were present with Faust claiming “It’s the lake, it’s just what you do”. Faust admitted to
deputies that he had been drinking since around 7AM, but would not submit to a breath test or field sobriety
tests. A search warrant was granted for a sample of Faust’s blood to be sent off for testing for intoxication
levels. Jason Michael Faust and Robert Paul Yow were arrested and booked into Mohave County Jail
without incident.
