Veteran’s Memorial Park Temporarily Closed

Bullhead City, AZ., July 28, 2022 – Veteran’s Memorial Park will be closed effective Monday, August 1st for approximately 30 days, as the City prepares the peninsula for the arrival of a howitzer.

On July 16th, the Bullhead City Council accepted the howitzer from the Department of Defense for a stationary exhibit at Veteran’s Memorial Park. The peninsula will be temporarily closed to prepare for the arrival of the howitzer.

The parking lot and beach access near the peninsula will remain open at this time.
