Voter’s Head To The Polls For The Arizona Primary

MOHAVE COUNTY–It’s Primary Day in Arizona. Voters will head to the polls today to determine the Mayoral and city council race for Bullhead City. While in Mohave County, residents will cast their ballot for one spot on the Mohave County Board of Supervisor’s seat. The two vying for that spot are incumbent Mohave County Supervisor District 5 Lois Wakimoto and Ron Gould from Lake Havasu City.

Bullhead City Mayor Tom Brady is facing off against Jerry Duvall for the mayoral seat, while four are running for two vacant city council seats. Those running for city council are Norma Brummett, Steve D’Amico, Gerald Ross and Annette Wegmann.

According to the Mohave County Elections Department website, there are 118,839 registered voters in the county.

Bullhead City voters have four polling places opened in their district from now until 7 p.m. at Desert Shores Community Baptist Church, 2625 Landon Drive; BHC Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1752 Arriba Drive; Hope United Methodist Church, 1325 Ramar Road and St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church at 1664 Central Ave.
