NEEDLES—A Needles woman is behind bars on suspicion of drug charges.

Denise Flurry, 37, was placed under arrest by San Bernardino County Sheriff deputies after they executed a search warrant Thursday afternoon in the 600 block of West Broadway.

Deputies reportedly found several packages of methamphetamine, baggies, scales, loaded syringes, cash and a firearm inside the residence.

A records check also showed Flurry to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Flurry now faces additional charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale. She is being held on $50,000 bail.
