BULLHEAD CITY–The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Colorado River is partnering up with Anderson Ford for the Summer Sports Programs.
The club will hold two basketball clinics this month for the local youth in the community.
“Keeping kids active and heathly over the summer is a challenge when temperatures are soaring, so we are happy to utilize our gym for the youth in the community! ” said Autumn Boyle-Robinson, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of the Colorado River.
The first clinic is scheduled for Saturday, June 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for ages 5 to 8. The second clinic will be held on Saturday, June 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for ages 9 to 13.
The cost is $15 per child and each participant will receive a t-shirt and lunch.
The club also offers open gym sessions on Monday’s and Friday’s from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for ages 13 to 18. The cost is $2 per person.
Applications for the basketball clinics can be picked up at 2250 Highland Road in Bullhead City.
