Bullhead City Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said officers conducting a separate investigation received information there was drug activity and stolen property at a home in the 1800 block of Granada Drive, where Beltran-Mejia resided.

On Monday, detectives served a warrant on Beltran-Mejia’s residence where police reportedly uncovered six grams of heroin, two stolen motorcycles, stolen Xbox game system, stolen revolver handgun and numerous drug paraphernalia items, said Fromelt.
