**Bullhead City, AZ., December 31, 2024 –** On Monday, December 30, at approximately 10:00 a.m., emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle accident on Miracle Mile at Booster Dr. A Bullhead Area Transportation System (BATS) bus was northbound on Miracle Mile when the driver experienced a medical episode while driving. The bus went through a temporary road closure barricade and struck unoccupied construction vehicles.

The BATS bus driver and the two passengers were transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center by Bullhead City Fire paramedics with minor injuries. No citations were issued. The accident is still under investigation.
