BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

VIOLATION OF ORDER—Jeffrey Scott Busch Jr., 27, was arrested on May 12 in the 1700 block of Ramar Road on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings. On May 11, officers responded to this address after Busch’s brother and mother reportedly called police reporting Jeffrey was not allowed there. He reportedly showed up and began screaming. Busch fled the scene prior to police arriving. On May 12, Busch reportedly showed up to the residence again. He was arrested and taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT—Kristen Marie Boyd, 36, was arrested May 12 in the 400 block of Emery Drive on a warrant issued out of Maricopa County for dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. Boyd later posted the bond amount and was released from custody.

SHOPLIFTING—Alexandria Nicole Staney, 26, was cited and released May 12 in the 1600 block of Mohave Drive on suspicion of shoplifting. It’s alleged Staney took some items from Walmart and failed to pay for them before leaving the store. The total amount of stolen items were around $46 dollars. Stany was contact at her apartment on Mohave Drive. She was released at the scene.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE—A 15-year-old girl was arrested May 12 in the 500 block of Harbor Drive on suspicion of criminal damage. A victim reported that a young female allegedly threw a rock at his vehicle and house, breaking the window and windshield. The victim was able to get a vehicle and license description. The vehicle was reportedly stolen out of Mohave County Sheriff’s Office district and later recovered at Rotary Park. The teen was also identified and police made contact with her. She was listed as a runaway juvenile out of MCSO and taken to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center. 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Tyler Michael Ziilch, 37, was arrested May 13 in the 1300 block of Quartz Avenue on suspicion of trespassing, disorderly conduct and criminal damage. It was reported that Ziilch had reportedly damaged a door and window of an apartment—acting disorderly/yelling—while trying to get the attention of a female who resides there.

The female told police said she had only known Ziilch for two days and that he reportedly gave her marijuana for Mother’s Day and now wanted it back. She reportedly told police she had already smoked it. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

SHOPLIFTING—A 17-year-old male was arrested May 13 at Walmart on suspicion of shoplifting and trespassing. The juvenile had previously been trespassed for a reported earlier shoplifting incident. The store reported the teen stole a $10 item and walked out with paying. The teen was taken to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center.

DRUGS—Johnny Len Russell, 59, was arrested May 13 in the 2500 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police conducted a traffic stop a vehicle and made contact with the driver, David Jarrell Warren, 68, and Russell, who was a passenger in the vehicle. Police reportedly noticed a plastic baggy containing a large quantity of methamphetamine. The total weight of the drug was around 56.6 grams. Russell was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. Warren was cited and released at the scene for suspicion for possession of drug paraphernalia. 

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—David E. Connelly Jr., 44, was arrested May 13 in the 1100 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct. A victim reported sitting under the Ramada at Community Park talking with a female when an unknown male reportedly came up and assaulted him, knocking him to the ground. The female who the victim was speaking told police the suspect was her ex-boyfriend, Connelly. He was contacted and taken to the Mohave County jail. 

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE—Juston M. Briggs, 30, was arrested May 13 in the 1600 block of Agate Circle on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and possession of drug paraphernalia. It was reported that a wife and husband, identified as Briggs, had gotten into an verbal argument. A plastic pipe was reportedly found in his possession. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. 

HARASSMENT—Steven White, 70, was arrested on May 13 in the 3300 block of Sun River Road on suspicion of aggravated harassment. Police report White has allegedly violated an order of protection and continues to contact with the victim. He was taken to Mohave County jail.
