March 1 & 2 – The Music Man – The Music Man is a classic American musical written by Meredith Wilson. The play made its Broadway debut in 1957 and was later adapted into a film in 1962 which starred Robert Preston and Shirley Jones. It’s a story about a charismatic con artist who targets the naïve residents of a small town in 1910s Iowa by posing as a boys’ band leader to raise money before he can skip town, but can he go through with it once he begins to fall for one of the town’s lovely residents? The story has charmed its way into the hearts of audiences across the county and has become a staple of theatre lovers everywhere! Beale Street Theater’s production of The Music Man is directed by Rebecca Esplin with choreography by Lisa O’Malley. Get your tickets now! March 2nd – 1st Anniversary Celebration – Join The Creative Cottage for their ONE-year anniversary! Prizes, sales, and much more! Located at 624 E Beale St. Event starts at 11am.

March 10 – St. Patrick’s Fun Market – Pitchfork Market presents St. Patrick’s Fun, where creativity meets community in a vibrant celebration of arts and crafts! Join for a spectacular Irish event featuring a special appearance by Off Key Karaoke, tantalizing food truck fare, and over 40 talented small business merchants showcasing their unique wares. Located at Beale Celebrations, 201 N 4th St Downtown Kingman. 10am to 3pm.

March 14 – Spring Comedy Night Sundowner Saloon – Comedy Night From 6pm to 8:30pm. National Touring Comedians Edwin San Juan and Special Guest Mike Krasner, Come Experience an evening of laughter at The Sundowner Saloon, $10 Tickets include admission to the event + a can of The BUZZ Honey Lager brewed with local Kingman honey! March 15 – Drive-In Movie – Drive-In Movie Nights have become popular and those in attendance have raved about them! If you haven’t been to one that the Parks & Recreation Department has hosted, now is your chance. You can sit in the comfort of your vehicle and enjoy time spent with family or friends. Movies will take place downtown at Southside Park in the lower parking lot near field #2. Concessions will be available. Featured movie will be determined in the month prior to each showing via Facebook vote. Date: Friday, March 15(TBD) & Friday, April 12 (TBD) Time: Arrivals may begin at 5:45 p.m. Featured movie will begin at dark. Age: All ages Cost: By donation Location: Southside Park at 1001 Buchanon & Topeka St. 

March 15 & 16 – King-Con Spring Break – Kingman Comic Con is back for a little geeky King-Con Spring Break. Only this time it’s all about Cosplay and your favorite fandoms! Once again we’re teaming up with the baddest local Artists, Authors, Cosplayers, Gamers, and Businesses on the block to bring COMIC CON back to Downtown Kingman! General admission is $9.99 (kids under 8 years old free). Early-Bird VIP Access tickets are $19.99. Located at Beale Celebrations, 201 N 4th St Downtown Kingman. March 15 & 16 – The Imaginary Invalid – The Imaginary Invalid is a classic comedy in three acts by the great French playwright Molière and was first performed in 1673. It’s the story about a hypochondriac who tries to arrange a marriage between his doctor and his daughter to save him money on his medical bills! His plan sounds well and good but what would happen if she was already in love with someone else? Come see for yourself how this outrageous comedy unfolds! The production of The Imaginary Invalid is directed by Kristie Uhler. March 16 – Chloride St Patrick’s Day Parade – Sponsored by the Chloride Chamber of Commerce and the Chloride Historical Society. Festivities begin at 9am with a Bake Sale at Thirsty Miner! Followed by parade registration begins at 9:30am at Town Hall. Gunfights at 11am. The parade begins at 12pm.

March 16 – Jim Hinckley Presentation: Dawn of The Great American Road Trip Sounds of Kingman presents “Dawn of The Great American Road Trip”. A program by Jim Hinckley of Jim Hinckley’s America. Located at Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce, 309 E Beale St, Downtown Kingman. March 16th 1pm For more information https://www.soundsofkingman.com/. 

March 16 & 17 – Pioneer Country Events Gun Show – Pioneer Country Events is the Oldest Gun, Knife, Coin, Collectibles and Antique Show in Mohave County! We are located at the College Park Community Center, Kingman Arizona! 1990 Jagerson Ave & Van Nuys. The facility faces Van Nuys. The facility will hold approx. 100 tables. We provide a friendly atmosphere welcoming dealers in Coins, Guns, Knives, Clips, Ammo and U.S. or Foreign Military memorabilia and Collectibles of all kinds. Food available provided by Olympus Diner. Sat, 9am-5pm. Sun, 9am-2pm. Admission $7. 2-day pass $12. Kids 16 and under free with adult paid admission.
