BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – September 14, 2023 – Bullhead City Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on Highway 95 at Retail Way. 

     On Wednesday, September 13th at about 1:50 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a two-vehicle collision. Both occupants who were in a Chevrolet HHR were transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center by Bullhead City Fire paramedics. The female passenger, Gloria Lavonne Lambert, 90 of Bullhead City, was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The male driver, age 67, was treated and released from the hospital.  

     The driver of the Chevrolet HHR that was southbound on the Highway, reportedly failed to yield when making a left turn, and collided into a Chevrolet Silverado that was traveling northbound. The driver of the Chevy Silverado was reportedly uninjured. 

   Speed and impairment are not suspected to be factors in the collision. The investigation is ongoing.
