GOLDEN VALLEY—A young girl died Sunday afternoon after being ejected from a vehicle.

A Department of Public Safety spokesperson said the single vehicle rollover occurred shortly before 3 p.m. along eastbound Highway 68.

“The vehicle was described as “swerving” prior to the collision,” the spokesperson said, adding criminal charges are pending in the investigation.
