BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., February 09, 2023 – The northbound outside lane of the Bullhead Parkway, between Silvercreek Rd and SR-95, will be closed today while work crews fill potholes created by recent heavy rain. The City requests motorists and residents to use caution around active heavy machinery and working crews engaged in the repairs.

“We’re working to repair the road as quickly and safely as possible,” said Bullhead City Public Works Director Angie Johnson. “We’re asking for cooperation and patience while we work.”

The intermittent lane closure will move with the crews while they work along the roadway. Working crews will be focusing on the sections of the parkway near Desert Foothills Dr and Laughlin View Dr, and where potholes are most prominent.

The public is encouraged to use the Bullhead City Direct app, available for Android and IOS devices, to report issues around the city that may have arisen due to recent storm activity. Visit for more information.

Questions about ongoing projects throughout the city can be directed to Mackenzie Covert, Public Information Officer, or (928) 763-0182.
