Kingman Police Department’s Animal Services Division Partners for Pet Rescue Mission

On Thursday, May 8th, the Kingman Police Department’s Animal Services Division collaborated with the Mohave County Animal Shelter, Feral Cat Warriors, and Wings of Rescue to provide nearly 70 shelter pets with a new opportunity for adoption. Various animals, including dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens, were collected from local shelters and transported to Utah by Wings of Rescue. This nonprofit organization is focused on relocating pets from high-risk shelters and disaster zones to areas where they have a significantly higher chance of being adopted.

The success of this mission would not have been possible without the efforts of Charles Black, Strategic Operations Manager for Feral Cat Warriors, who secured essential funding to make this lifesaving mission a reality. Moving forward, the organizations involved are committed to preventing overpopulation and saving more lives.

Please remember to spay and neuter your pets to contribute to these efforts.
