Kingman’s I ♥ Route 66 Fest returns October 10th and 11th – Street Closures Taking Place

Kingman, AZ – The Kingman Route 66 Fest returns October 10th and 11th, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10th, and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 11th. The event will close each day at 9:00 p.m.

Route 66 (Andy Devine) will have a hard closure between Fairgrounds Boulevard and Harrison Street starting on Friday, October 11th at 8:00 a.m. and will reopen on Sunday, October 13th at 12:00 a.m. A detour route will be in place to guide motorists around the closure.

The festival celebrates all things Route 66—from classic cars and road trip music to street art and food truck fare. Hosted at Lewis Kingman Park, a historic park located on Route 66, the fest will once again feature craft beers, food trucks, vendors, a mobile zipline, a car show, and live music.

While admission to the festival is free, wristbands are available for rides and activity zones. Basic wristbands are $5 and premium wristbands are $20. Both options are valid for both days of the event, giving attendees affordable access to all the thrills and excitement the I ♥ Route 66 Fest has to offer.
