Lake Havasu City Council Extends Invitation To Volunteers For Invocation at 2025 Regular Meetings

LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ – The Lake Havasu City Council is inviting the city’s residents to volunteer as speakers to offer an invocation ahead of each Regular Meeting scheduled in 2025. This will be for the benefit and blessing of the City Council.

Interested individuals or organizations should have resided in Lake Havasu City for at least a year as of December 2, 2024, to be eligible for application. To apply, potential invocational speakers are invited to submit the Lake Havasu City Voluntary Invocation Speaker Application through the City’s website, www.lhcaz.gov, no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 2, 2024.

The city council meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at the City Council Chambers, located at 92 Acoma Boulevard South, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403, commencing at 5:30pm. Please note that meeting dates, times, and locations may change subject to certain conditions.

All selected speakers will be notified by the City Clerk’s Office of their meeting date to offer the invocation.
