Congratulations to Bullhead City Police Traffic Supervisor Corporal Eddie Espinoza who earned his “motor wings” this week. Cpl. Espinoza graduated from Motor School with LVMPD Traffic. He was one of 18 officers from 5 agencies to successfully complete the four-week rigorous training program. Motor School is considered one of the most difficult schools in law enforcement. His motor wings were pinned onto his uniform at the graduation ceremony to signify this accomplishment.
