KINGMAN, Ariz. – Beginning late June and continuing through the month of August, the City of Kingman will be conducting pavement preservation projects throughout the city. Grading, different roadway seal applications, and striping will be completed during different phases throughout the three-month period. The tentative areas will be posted weekly to the City of Kingman social media pages. Up-to-date street closures and detours will be shared as the information is available.

Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin said, “This is the first phase in the street repairs, maintenance, and improvements plan that the City has created to address our much needed road improvements. We appreciate the citizens patience as we work hard to get these projects completed.”

The City of Kingman urges motorists to pay extra attention while driving in and around work zones, maintenance vehicles, and encourages the importance of maintaining safe and smart driving habits during the construction season, and at all times, when operating a motor vehicle.
