**Burglary**

On Friday, April 7th, at about 2:00am, the Kingman Police Department arrested Joshua Brown, 39 area vagrant, on the felony charge of Non-Residential Burglary.  Officers responded to a commercial lot in the 3000blk of Eastern Street for a report of a burglary in progress.  Upon arrival officers set up a perimeter around the property and located Brown who tried to flee on foot.  Brown was taken into custody for burglary and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.

**Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer**

On Saturday, April 8th, at about 3:40pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Cesar Arturo Duran, 40 of Kingman, on the felony charge of Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer and misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.  Officers responded to a report of a male screaming profanities in the 3300blk of Stockton Hill Road.  Upon arrival officers located Duran in the parking lot of a business in the 3200blk of Stockton Hill Road, screaming profanities and kicking shopping carts.  While taking Duran into custody, he kicked an officer and continued resisting arrest.  Duran was taken into custody and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on the listed charges.

**Theft of Motor Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Felony Criminal Damage and Endangerment**

On Sunday, April 9th, at about 2:45pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Gregory Paul Hernandez, 33 of Kingman, on the felony charges of Theft of Motor Vehicle, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Felony Criminal Damage, Endangerment and misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence.  Officers responded to the 1900blk of Fairground Boulevard for a report of a vehicle theft.  Upon arrival in the area officers located Hernandez running from a vehicle that had just crashed into two other vehicles. Hernandez was taken into custody and after further investigation it was learned that when Hernandez got into the unoccupied vehicle, the victim chased the vehicle and was able to get inside with Hernandez.  The male victim struggled with Hernandez, trying to stop the vehicle but Hernandez accelerated to around 80 miles per hour before striking the two parked, un-occupied vehicles.  Neither the victim or Hernandez were injured, Hernandez was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on the listed charges.
