**Fatal Traffic Crash**
On Friday, December 8th, at about 7:20pm, the Kingman Police Department responded to a serious injury crash in the area of Diamond Spur Street and Clay Springs Avenue. A sport utility vehicle (SUV) driven by Brady Nickolas Glaser, 29 of Kingman was traveling westbound in the 4200blk of Clay Springs Avenue when it left the roadway and struck a street sign. The vehicle continued through the vacant dirt lots where the SUV began to roll, ejecting Glaser from the vehicle. There were no other occupants of the vehicle and Glaser was pronounced deceased at the scene. The investigation is on-going pending lab results.
**Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Active Resisting Arrest and False Reporting to Law Enforcement**
On Saturday, December 9th, at about 1:15am, the Kingman Police Department arrested Jonathan Robert Proenneke, 37 of Kingman on the felony charges of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Active Resisting Arrest as well as the misdemeanor charge of False Report to Law Enforcement. While patrolling in the 4000blk of North Stockton Hill Road, Proenneke was stopped for a civil traffic violation. After Proenneke repeatedly gave a false name and information to officers, his real identity was determined and it was found Proenneke had an active felony warrant for his arrest out of Iowa. Investigators learned that Proenneke had never registered in Arizona as a sex offender and when told he was under arrest began to actively resist. Proenneke was taken into custody and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on the listed charges.
