On May 11th at approx. 0300 hrs, Northern Arizona Fire District (NAFD) responded out of
district East of the Kingman Airport to the 6000 block of Yvette Rd. in Kingman, AZ for a
vehicle fire. Units arrived on scene of two fully involved motorhomes and two passenger cars
actively burning. Road conditions and distance made access to the scene difficult and delayed for
emergency crews and the fire was extinguished nearly an hour later. No structures were
threatened and no injuries reported.
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office also responded and provided assistance to fire crews.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
