SR 95 Pavement Project Underway

BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., July 14, 2023 – Contractors working on behalf of the Arizona Department of Transportation are in the early stages of repaving Highway 95 from Courtright road in Mohave Valley to the northern intersection of Bullhead Parkway.  

Motorists are advised to prepare for overnight intermittent lane restrictions along north- and southbound SR 95 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday evenings through Friday mornings. Drivers should be prepared for delays up to 15 minutes. One lane will remain open in each direction. The speed limit will be reduced in the work zones. Proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment while the restrictions are in place. 

Information about the State Route 95 Courtwright Road – Bullhead Parkway pavement project can be obtained from ADOT’s website at The webpage also provides resources to help motorists stay informed about traffic restrictions before they occur including a link to ADOT’s GovDelivery subscription service, which allows users to subscribe to email updates about the project. Motorists can also receive real-time information about project related restrictions by visiting or calling 511.
