[Bullhead City, AZ] — The Colorado River Women’s Council (CRWC) in partnership with the City
of Bullhead City is excited to once again host the Annual Christmas Boombox parade. The
parade will be on December 1, 2023 with a prompt 6 pm start time. The parade route will be
River Gardens/Hancock to Hancock/Trane with an ending at Gary Keith Park. The parade will
end on Trane/Alona Way, however, the city has generously allowed for participants to park at
Gary Keith Park for the end of the parade.
This year, the CRWC is celebrating 60 years of giving back to the Tri-State community and the
beloved Boombox Parade will be celebrating its 25th year leading the community into 2024. In
2024, Bullhead City will commemorate 40 years of being an incorporated city.
The theme this year will be “The Spirit of Giving: Quarter of a Century.” Celebrate the history of
CRWC, Boombox and our communities by incorporating one or more of the past several themes
into your entry this year. Those being: The Spirit of Giving, Frosty the Snowman & Friends, How
the Grinch Stole Christmas, Show us your Superhero, Harry Potter, Christmas Around the
World, Candyland, and/or Polar Express.
A new addition to the festivities this year is a Business Contest. Businesses can sign up to
compete against each other for the “best decorated” location using the same themes as above.
Turn your friendly competition into a photo op for family and friends this holiday season. Keep
an eye out for additional details being announced shortly.
Commemorative T-shirts and sweatshirts will be available for purchase this year with the
Boombox logo. More information will be announced soon. If you or your business would like to
