On 07/19/2023 at approximately 1339 hours, Gary Roger Bilodeau, 61, of Bullhead City was arrested for threatening or intimidating per domestic violence in the 500 block of Terrace Dr., Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona, Mr. Bilodeau was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/19/2023 at approximately 1700 hours, Jeremiah Jacob Eugene Booth, 34, of Fort Mohave was arrested for assault per domestic violence, disorderly conduct per domestic violence, and disorderly conduct in the 2400 block of Miracle Mile, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Mr. Booth was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07-19-2023 at approximately 2010 hours, Joseph Michael Nicol, 33, of Bullhead City was arrested for assault per domestic violence, disorderly conduct per domestic violence, and criminal damage per domestic violence in the 2300 block of East Adobe Road, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Mr. Nicol was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.

On 07/19/2023 at 2019 hours, Daniel Ray Ramirez, 39 of Bullhead City was arrested on five valid misdemeanor warrants issued by the Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to appear in the 1800 block of Artesia Drive, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Mr. Ramirez was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/20/2023 at 0105 hours, William Matthew Hills, 48 of Bullhead City was arrested on a valid misdemeanor warrant issued by the Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to appear on Hancock Road at Bluebonnet Boulevard, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Mr. Hills was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/20/2023 at 1348 hours, Michael Darold Brewer, 23 of Bullhead City was arrested on a valid misdemeanor warrant issued by the Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to appear and an additional misdemeanor warrant also issued by the Bullhead City Municipal Court for violating a court order in the 2200 block of Trane Road, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Mr. Brewer was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/20/2023 at approximately 1719 hours, Bullhead City Police Department dispatch received information from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department about a stolen vehicle that had been observed entering Bullhead City via the Laughlin Bridge. Officers located the stolen vehicle at a business in the 1700 Block of Highway 95 and James Michael Gillespie, 46, of Fort Mohave was found to have been the driver of the stolen vehicle. Mr. Gillespie was arrested and incident to the arrest was found to have been in possession of burglary tools, suspected methamphetamine, and suspected fentanyl. The stolen vehicle was returned to the owner and Mr. Gillespie was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/20/2023 at approximately 2053 hours, Daniel Richard Garkow, 69 of San Dimas, California was arrested for driving under the influence to the slightest degree on Highway 95 near Thunderstruck Drive, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Mr. Garkow was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/20/2023, at approximately 1520 hours, Ralph H. Underwood, 48, of Bullhead City was arrested for assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence in the 800 block of Swan Drive, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Mr. Underwood was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07-21-2023 at approximately 1848 hours, Rita Roxanne Moreno, 44 of Bullhead City, was stopped for traffic violations on Coral Reef Drive at Diamond Drive, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. A record check revealed Moreno’s privilege to drive had been revoked and she had an active undesignated classification warrant for her arrest issued by the Mohave County Superior Court for a child support violation. Ms. Moreno was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before she was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/22/23 at approximately 1313 hours, Lisa Joy Green, 57, of Bullhead City was arrested for interfering with judicial proceedings in the 2700 block of Calle Del Mercado, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. Ms. Green was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before she was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
On 07/22/23 at approximately 1107 hours, officers were conducting a city ordinance violation investigation in the area of Highway 95 and the Bullhead parkway North. Jason Eugene James, 48, of Golden Valley was contacted and a records check revealed an active felony warrant for his arrest had been issued by the Kingman-Cerbat Justice Court. The warrant was confirmed as valid, and Mr. James was arrested without incident. Mr. James was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail to be booked.
On 07/22/2023 at approximately 11844 hours, Charles James Holland, 47, of Bullhead City was arrested in the 2200 block of Highway 95 in Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona on a valid misdemeanor warrant for trespassing issued by the Kingman Municipal Court. Mr. Holland was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail to be booked.

On 07/24/23 at approximately 0023 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 1000 block of Citrus Street, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona in reference toa hit and run motor vehicle collision. Parts of a vehicle were located at the scene and a fluid trail led officers to the 1000 block of Bryan Drive where they located the vehicle that fled the collision. A male subject was contacted and identified as Bryan Francisco Ayala, 26, of Bullhead City. Mr. Ayala admitted to driving the vehicle that fled the collision and he exhibited signs of impairment. A DUI investigation was conducted, and Mr. Ayala was arrested for DUI to the slightest degree and leaving the scene of a collision. Mr. Ayala was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department where he submitted to chemical testing before he was cited and released pending a court appearance.
On 07/24/23 at approximately 0012 hours, Linda Jill Thiery, 58, of Bullhead City was arrested in the 1700 block of Arriba Drive, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona , on a valid misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear issued by the Bullhead City Municipal Court. Ms. Thiery was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before she was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.

On 07/24/23 at approximately 0224 hours, Jesse Wilson Hosmun II, 58, with no listed address was arrested in the 2200 block of Highway 95, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona, on a valid misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by the Bullhead City Municipal Court. Mr. Hosmun was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.

On 07/24/23 at approximately 0401 hours, Shaina Nicole Thorn, 36, of Bullhead City was arrested in the 400 block of Fox Drive, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona, on four valid misdemeanor warrants for failure to pay fines issued by the Bullhead City Municipal Court. Ms. Thorn was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before she was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.

On 07/24/23 at approximately 1814 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of Camino Del Rio and Camino Cove, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona in reference to a report of a possible impaired driver. A vehicle matching the description provided was located and stopped by officers for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Andrew Ira Wargo, 35, of Laughlin, Nevada. Mr. Wargo was found to have a suspended driver license and was arrested. Incident to the arrest, Mr. Wargo was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Wargo was transported to the Bullhead City Police Department to be processed before he was transported to the Mohave County Jail for booking.
