KINGMAN, Ariz. – The City of Kingman would like to notify residents that there will be a full road closure in place on Rutherford Street from Armour Avenue to just South of Airway Avenue for the installation of underground utilities. The closure will be in place starting on Monday, July 15^th at 6:00 A.M. and continue until 3:00 P.M. on Monday, July 22^nd. Detour routes will be in place during this time.

The City encourages the public to be aware of construction workers in the area and to follow directions posted on the traffic control signage in order to provide a safe working environment for workers, the motoring public, and pedestrians.
