The Bee News Media has launched its own app into the PlayStore for Android phones and App Store for Apple Devices.  This new app features News, Direct Messaging, Report Your Own News, AdsPay Magazine, and the company’s Facebook feed.  What’s very exciting about this new app is that our viewers can turn themselves into reporters by using the built in “Report You Own” news system.  This feature will allow you to send The Bee any information including a photo of news happening in our communities.  The Bee will be rewarding this new Hive Reporting by giving away a free pizza from Papa Murphy’s if they publish it onto their social media or website pages.  The Bee is encouraging any type of news you find important including events, non-profit announcements, traffic issues, fires, crime, area activities, or any other topic you feel is important for you community to know.  The App states that it is free to download and will always be free for as long as you use it.  News isn’t meant to be sold, it’s meant to inform.
