Over the Memorial Day weekend, BCFD responded to a total of 152 calls for service between May 24th – May 27th . Medical assistance made up the majority of these calls, with 131 incidents requiring some form of medical aid. Additionally, there were 21 fire-related incidents, including one water rescue, three water-related rescues with injuries, one vehicle fire, one reported dumpster fire, and two calls regarding structure assignments.
