BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

WARRANT—Christopher Michael Welch, 35, was arrested on Tuesday at the Bullhead City Police state on an outstanding warrant. Welch was held for court.

WARRANT—Frances Felicia Munoz Chavez, 35, was arrested Tuesday in the 900 block of Riverview Drive on an outstanding warrant for attempted aggravated assault, resisting arrest, endangerment and obstructing a public thoroughfare. Chavez was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

BURGLARY/AGGRAVATED ASSAULT—Christopher Wayne Chambers, 41, was arrested Tuesday in the 2500 block of View Way on suspicion of burglary, aggravated assault on a police officer and criminal damage. Police responded to that area for a report of a burglary in progress. Chambers was reportedly found inside and came out running. He allegedly failed to comply or follow police orders and attempted to flee. Chambers was knocked to the ground, where he allegedly grabbed a pocket knife from his pocket and opened it. Chambers reportedly refused to put the knife down and was tased by police officers. Chambers was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

SHOPLIFTING/FALSE IDENTIFICATION—Alyssa Skye Knight, 25, was arrested on Wednesday at Walmart on suspicion of shoplifting and false reporting to law enforcement. Police were dispatched to the business for a reported shoplifting incident where the subjects had already reportedly fled the store. Knight, along with Bryan David Wixom, 23, were contacted by police shortly after. Investigations determined that Wixom had not been involved in the shoplifting incident, however, Wixom was arrested on three outstanding warrants issued out of Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to pay fines, Parker Justice Court for failure to appear and La Paz County Superior Court for a felony pre-adjudication warrant. Further investigation determined Knight had reportedly stolen about $68 worth of merchandise before leaving Walmart. Knight allegedly gave police a fake name during initial contact. The shoplifting investigation remains open and both were taken to Mohave County jail in Kingman.

LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE:

SHOPLIFTING—Monique Rose Savoie, 21, was arrested Tuesday in the 500 block of Beachcomber Boulevard on suspicion of shoplifting. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

CHILD/ADULT ABUSE—Shelby Lyn Kindle, 25, was arrested Tuesday in the 2300 block of McCulloch Boulevard on suspicion of child/vulnerable adult-physical abuse and drug paraphernalia-possess/use. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DRUGS—Chad Michael Dillon, 25, was arrested Tuesday in the 2500 block of Huntington Drive on suspicion of marijuana-possess/use and drug paraphernalia-possess/use. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT—Benjamin Compton, 32, was arrested Tuesday in the 100 block of Lake Havasu Avenue South on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in the first-degree. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FIGHTING—Susan Rose Fichter, 32, was arrested Tuesday in the 100 block of Civic Center Lane on suspicion of disorderly conduct-fighting. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FAILURE TO COMPLY—Carlos Enrique Guerrero, 61, was arrested Wednesday in the 300 block of Smoketree Avenue South and Highway 95 North on suspicion of failure to comply. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
