BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
CHILD ABUSE—Michael McFadden, 35, was arrested on May 18 on suspicion of child abuse per domestic violence. Police responded for a report of a runaway juvenile who had reportedly ran away from her residence after an alleged argument with her parents, which reportedly resulted in an arrest. The girl reportedly had significant bruising to her face. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. Child protective services were contacted.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Ronald McLendon, 31, was arrested May 19 in the 300 block of Meander Drive on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Neighbors had complained about arguing where McLendon reportedly got into a fight with his girlfriend and assaulted her. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Mark Justin Pisegna, 53, was arrested on May 19 at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Mohave County jail.
SHOPLIFTING—Katrina Renee Stormo, 18, and Dakota Donn Smith, 19, were arrested on May 19 at Walmart on suspicion of shoplifting. The two were reportedly placing items into a bag before allegedly walking out of the store without paying. The total value of items stolen were about $65.
SPEED/SUSPENDED LICENSE—Allan Breen Montgomery, 47, was cited and released on May 20 in the vicinity of Riverview Drive and Highway 95 on suspicion of excessive speed, driving on a suspended driver’s license, making an unsafe lane change and no insurance after police conducted a traffic stop. The vehicle was towed per mandatory law.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE-Christopher Allen Stout, 37, was arrested on May 20 in the 1900 block of Oliver Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct, criminal damage and trespassing. Marcella Elizabeth Stout, 40, was arrested on May 20 in the 1900 block for Oliver Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct, trespassing and a misdemeanor post-adjudication warrant. Police responded to the 300 block of Meander Drive for a criminal damage complaint. The victim reported being confronted by neighbors, Christopher and Marcelle Stout, who were reportedly yelling profanities and than jumped their residential fence. It was also reported that one of them threw something at her window, causing it to shatter. Police made contact with the suspects on Oliver Drive and subsequently taken to the Mohave County jail.
FRAUD/DRUGS-Raynetta Faye Roberts, 52, was arrested on May 20 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of fraudulent schemes, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. WalMart reported a female suspect– later identified as Roberts–allegedly came into the store with an empty cart, selected several items, then went to the customer service desk and returned the items in exchange for a $142 Wal-Mart gift card. She reportedly ran from the store when she was confronted by employees. Police made contact with Roberts at Lakeside Drive and Riverview Drive. Roberts reportedly resisted arrest and had some meth and drug paraphernalia in her possession. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
SHOPLIFTING—Ariana Ranae Juarez, 30, was arrested on May 20 on suspicion of shoplifting, false reporting and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Police were called to Walgreens for a report of an allegedly shoplifting suspect. The store manager reportedly recognized Juarez from a previous shoplifting and noticed suspicious activity while she was in the liquor section. Juarez reportedly put some liquor in her purse and left without paying. Police contacted her in a nearby business parking lot where she reportedly gave police a fake name/identity. Juarez was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
MOHAVE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE:
UNLAWFUL USE OF TRANSPORTATION—Andrew David Stone, 23, of Dolan Springs, was arrested on May 19 in the 6300 block of Fifteenth Street on suspicion of unlawful use/control of transportation. On Saturday, deputies responded to the area in response to a reported theft and made contact with the victim, who stated his utility trailer had been removed from his property without his permission. The victim stated that both tires on the trailer were flat, so the trailer couldn’t have been taken far. Deputies were able to follow the tire tracks and located the trailer a few blocks away. Deputies reportedly noticed the trailer was loaded full of personal items and a dirt bike reportedly known to belong to the suspect—later identified as Stone. Deputies responded to a nearby residence that Stone was known to be at and made contact with him. When asked, Stone reportedly told deputies he found the trailer at an abandoned residence and used it to move his personal belongings. Stone then continued to change his story while deputies completed paperwork, saying he had purchased it, then stated he obtained permission to use the trailer. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DANGEROUS DRUG POSSESSION—Kasey Lee Adcock, 34, of Golden Valley, was arrested on May 18 off Estrella Road on suspicion of dangerous drug possession, drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. On Friday, deputies noticed a white car travelling north on Estrella Road with a large hole in the windshield in front of the driver’s seat. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, identified as Adcock. Deputies also observed a small child in the vehicle. When asked to provide her license, Adcock reportedly told deputies her license was suspended. When asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle, Adcock reportedly told deputies she had methamphetamine in her purse. Deputies were able to locate a pill bottle with about a gram of methamphetamine. Police state a family friend took custody of the child at the scene. Adcock was taken to the Mohave County jail.
LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE:
SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH A MINOR—Cheyenne Dean Moore, 27, was arrested on May 19 in the 800 block of McCulloch Boulevard South on suspicion of sexual misconduct with a minor and molestation of a child.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Kristina Suzanne Planells, 29, was arrested on May 19 in the 2100 block of McCulloch Boulevard North on suspicion of disorderly conduct-fighting.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Courtney Marie Ellen Souter, 34, was arrested on May 19 in the 100 block of Wings Loop on suspicion of disorderly conduct-fighting.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Roy Dale Horstman, 28, was arrested on May 19 in the 2100 block of Pima Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence-liquor/drugs/vapors/combo; DUI with blood alcohol content of .08 or greater; extreme DUI w/BAC.15-.20; and extreme DUI w/BAC greater than .20 percent. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
KINGMAN POLICE DEPARTMENT:
DRUGS/TRESPASSING—Joseph Lee Logan, 41, was arrested on May 19 in the 600 block of Court Street on suspicion of possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing-in the 3rd degree. Officers responded to a residence off Court Street in downtown Kingman for a report of a male attempting to enter a parked car and trespassing on private property. Officers arrived and made contact with a subject—identified as Logan, who was reportedly sleeping in a lawn chair. A search of Logan reportedly uncovered cocaine and associated drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
