BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Steven Ray Vaughn, 54, was arrested on May 7 in the 1100 block of Jasper Avenue on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. A victim reported to police that Vaughn, her step-son, had reportedly punched him in the face. He was arrested and held for court.

THEFT/STOLEN PROPERTY—A 15-year-old male was arrested on May 7 at Mohave High School on suspicion of theft and trafficking in stolen property. Police state this arrest is the second in connection to the theft of school discount/fundraiser cards.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/THREATENING—Jeffery Michael Carr, 58, was arrested on May 7 at Community Park on suspicion of disorderly conduct and threatening and intimidating. Carr reportedly went up to city workers at the park and began yelling profanities at them. He also reportedly threatened the workers when he was arrested. Carr was held for court.

DRUGS—A 14-year-old male student was arrested May 7 at Fox Creek Junior High after teachers reported to the school resource officer that a student smelled of marijuana. A search of his backpack reportedly revealed a marijuana cigarette—partially burned—and a lighter. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana on school grounds. He was cited and released to a parent.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Angeles Lepe, 40, and Ewells Tootsie, 26, were arrested May 7 in the 2800 block of Highway 68 on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Police were called to the area for a reported domestic disturbance. Investigations show Lepe had reportedly picked up a hitchhiker, Tootsie, and the two got into an argument about ending up in Bullhead City. Police state they pulled over and engaged in a fight. Both were arrested and taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Andy Ray Ambler, 65, was arrested May 7 at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct. Ambler reportedly became uncooperative and began fighting with medical staff. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/DRUGS—Douglas David Dowdy, 47, was arrested May 8 in the area of Canyon Road and Laredo Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police responded to the area on a suspicious activity call where it was reported Dowdy was reportedly yelling and knocking on resident’s doors in the neighborhood. He reportedly told police he needed water and later became uncooperative with officers. Dowdy was taken to WARMC and medically cleared. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE:

SHOPLIFTING—Jamie Lee Nunno, 32, was arrested May 7 in the 2300 block of McCulloch Boulevard on shoplifting-removal of goods, suspicion of disorderly conduct and driving with a license suspended/revoked/cancelled. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FAILURE TO COMPLY—Ryan Damian Kerr, 21, was arrested May 7 in the 2900 block of Aladdin Drive on suspicion of failure to comply. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
