FORT MOHAVE–A blaze late Friday night in the 1500 block of Gardner Drive left a home in rubbles.

According to James Kartinen, spokesman for the Fort Mojave Mesa Fire Department, crews from three local agencies were dispatched to the residence around 11:30 p.m. Friday night and found the home fully engulfed.

“When we arrived every building on the property was on fire,” Kartinen said. “It took about 30 minutes to control the fire and within the hour we had it fully extinguished.”

Kartinen said no injuries were reported and the home was vacant at the time of the fire.

Firefighters from Mohave Valley and Bullhead City assisted at the fire scene, which is still under investigation at this time.

The home was deemed a total loss.
